A one-stop video on demand (VOD) platform is a system for users to select and watch videos whenever they desire. Users can login to www.iScreen.hk via desktop devices or download the free iScreen app on personal devices to enjoy our services.

How to register as a member?
It is free to register as an iScreen member. Enter your email address and other basic information to receive a verification email to complete registration.

How to view the downloaded videos?
Once a purchase has been made, users are required to download and install the iScreen Player. Open iScreen Player to download the purchased contents. Videos will be ready for viewing once the download is complete.
*Video downloading is currently available on computer only. This function will soon be available on mobile/tablet devices.

iDollar is the currency used by our members on iScreen to purchase videos without having to make payments by credit card on every purchase.

Can videos be played on multiple platforms simultaneously?
For security reasons, videos cannot be played on multiple platforms under the same account. Users are required to close the video on one platform to view it on another.
About the video quality
Standard definition (SD) content is 480p resolution at DVD quality
High definition (HD) content is 720p resolution at digital television quality
Full high definition (Full HD) content is 1080p resolution at Blu-ray quality
Unable to view videos on Google Chrome and Firefox?
Google Chrome and Firefox do not support Microsoft Silverlight which is required for viewing videos.

iScreen services are available to members residing in Hong Kong and Macau only.
How to ensure smooth playing of videos
When watching videos on computer, we recommend closing all other applications to ensure a smooth playback under stable conditions. When watching videos on smart phone or tablet, maintaining good internet speed to ensure a smooth playback.
Freezing when playing videos
iScreen is operated through the latest cloud technology. However, internet connection stability may be affected by different variables, such as geographical location or current usage/quality of internet service provider. If freezing occurs, please pause the video and resume playing it after a short while.
